Do the flowers need maintenance?
No, our flowers are completely maintenance-free. No water or care needed.
Are the flowers getting dusty?
Over time, some dust may accumulate on the flowers. You can easily remove this with a feather duster, a soft cloth, or a hairdryer on the cool setting.
Can the flowers be kept outside?
Our flowers are mainly intended for indoor use. Prolonged exposure to sun and rain can cause them to fade or become damaged.
Shipping
What is the delivery time?
Within the Netherlands and Belgium, we usually deliver within 1 to 2 working days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a track and trace code to follow your package.
What are the shipping costs?
Orders over €50 are shipped for free. For orders under this amount, we charge €4.95 shipping costs.
Returns
Can I return my flowers?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
How does the return process work?
Contact our customer service for the return instructions. As soon as we have received your return, we will refund the amount.
Are there any costs associated with returns?
The costs for returning the order are the customer's responsibility, unless it concerns an incorrect or damaged delivery.
